Toast and biscuits beneath bright flavors of tangerine and lemon zest. Flavors and aromas of soft floral hops, earthy black tea, dried apricots and golden raisins, baking spices and vanilla marshmallow. Medium body, light-moderate acid balanced with easy tannins and smooth bitterness. 

Brewed with Earl Grey Tea, re-fermented with orange juice and zest, and finished with a light addition of saffron! A well-integrated flavor experience, the foundation of Maris Otter and Golden Promise creates a lightly toasty, biscuity backdrop to soften and bring balance to bright notes of tangerine and Meyer lemon. Soft floral EKG hops meld seamlessly with earthy black tea and sweet citrus. The saffron is gentle, yielding faint aromas of baking spices and dried apricot. One may find notes of vanilla marshmallow, young coconut, and lemongrass as well. One sip evokes a golden raisin oatmeal cookie, the next sip a mimosa—a true breakfast beer if ever there was one. The soft, smooth bitterness of the EKG hops and a gentle tannic grip provided by the Earl Grey tea balance the acidity, and the medium body and dry finish result in a highly drinkable beer.
